Platinum Upgrades and Scheduled Maintenance Window
To enable us to maintain and enhance Platinum, Report~Pro and APIs we require a regular upgrade and maintenance window to perform any required security updates, new release versions and routine maintenance. Any updates will be completed in a phased approach to minimise disruption to our services.
Maintenance Window Details:
Day - Wednesdays
Time - UAT (non production environments) - 4-6pm
Group 2 - 6-8pm
Group 3 - 8-10pm
Confirmation of the category applicable to you will be issued under separate cover. However, if you have any queries please reach out to your Relationship manager or the Support Team.
Impact on Services
During the upgrade and maintenance window, Platinum, Report~Pro and the APIs will be temporarily unavailable. We understand the importance of uninterrupted service and have scheduled this downtime during off-peak hours to minimise disruption. You must avoid all system activity during this period.
We will always endeavor to provide advanced notice of our intention to utilise the Wednesday upgrade and maintenance window with as much notice as possible.
